These are the projects and areas of importance I’m currently focused on:

  • Being a full-time dad and husband
  • Pursuing new professional opportunities
  • Exercising my writing muscles as much as possible
  • Sustaining my meditation practice
  • Teaching my Fall semester classes
  • Getting back to running on a regular basis
  • Currently Reading: The Mindful Way through Depression by Mark Williams, John Teasdale, Zindel Segal, and Jon Kabat-Zinn

At present, I’m saying no to most things not on this list. This page is both a notice to other people and a reminder to myself of where my energy needs to be directed. As work shifts and priorities change, I’ll update this page.
